Shipping policy

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. As a small (but mighty) brand, we're keeping it local for now—but we hope to expand soon!

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

During busy times (like launch periods or holidays), there may be slight delays—but we promise we’re working fast, not sloppy.

Shipping Rates

• Canada: Shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• United States: Shipping is also available to most U.S. destinations, and calculated at checkout.

 

Delivery Time

• Canada: Typically 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

• USA: Typically 4–10 business days, depending on your location.

Remote areas may take a little longer (towels can only move so fast).

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of our shipping partners. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, or your order seems lost, email us at hello@disch.ca and we’ll do our best to help.

Packaging

All Disch orders are shipped in recyclable or compostable materials. No plastic bubble wrap. No fluff. Just smart, planet-friendly packaging that protects your towels without the guilt.
