Refund policy

We want you to love your Disch towels—but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Packaging (including the belly band) must be intact.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns if:

  • Towels have been used, washed, or show signs of wear.

  • The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery.

  • The item was marked final sale at checkout.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method if eligible. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your towels arrive damaged or defective, please email hello@disch.ca within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description, and we’ll make it right.

Please note: Due to the manual nature of our printing and finishing process, slight variations in color, pattern alignment, or stitching are completely normal—and part of what makes each Disch towel uniquely yours.
